Industry Attorneys to Offer Perspective on Pharmaceutical Patent Issues, Strategies, and Litigation at Nov. 12 Presentation
The Rutgers School of Law–Newark Second Annual Pharmaceutical Patent Law Panel will take place on Monday, November 12, from 4 – 6 pm in the Baker Trial Courtroom. “Perspectives from Industry” will feature current and former in-house lawyers from leading pharmaceutical companies. The panel will be moderated by Adjunct Professors Nicholas Groombridge, a partner and co-chair of the patent litigation practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Sandra A. Bresnick, a partner in the intellectual property practice at Sidley Austin LLP. Groombridge and Bresnick co-teach “Pharmaceutical Patent Law” at Rutgers.
