Reference and Technology Librarian
Caroline Young oversees the provision of all reference services at Rutgers Law Library serving the faculty, students and general public by supervising Public Services and Access Services. She teaches Advanced Legal Research as well as oversees the library’s catalog software and related technologies. Before coming to Rutgers, Caroline worked at a legal research company and was a reference librarian at the New York University School of Medicine. She is active with the American Association of Law Librarians (AALL) and the New Jersey Law Librarians Association (NJLLA). She is the Immediate Past-Chair of the Computer Service Special Interest Section, one of the largest sections of AALL. Her research interests include medico-legal research, library systems and the preservation of legal materials.
