Kim Guadagno

Legal Research and Writing Instructor

Ms. Guadagno is Monmouth County Sheriff. She was previously in private practice after serving as deputy director of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Division of Criminal Justice. Ms. Guadagno was an assistant U.S. attorney in both the Newark and Brooklyn offices for almost 12 years after spending several years as an associate in a New York City firm specializing in litigation. She began her legal career as a law clerk in the Southern District of New York after graduating with honors from the Washington College of Law, American University.

On November 3, Kim Guadagno was elected New Jersey’s first Lieutenant Governor.
