Law School and NJIPLA to Co-Host Third Annual Patent Law and Pharmaceuticals Symposium on September 22
The Honorable Paul R. Michel, Chief Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, will deliver the keynote address at the Third Annual Patent Law and Pharmaceuticals Symposium, to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at Rutgers School of Law–Newark. The symposium is co-hosted by the law school’s Center for Law, Science and Technology and the New Jersey Intellectual Property Association, and is sponsored by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. The annual symposium brings together leaders of the judiciary, academy, private practice, business, and government to address the top issues in intellectual property law.
