Rutgers Institute for Professional Education and the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court present "Key Issues in Hate Speech Prosecutions and Use of Hate Speech at Criminal Trial." Justice Jaynee LaVecchia, Judge Marianne Espinosa, Lawrence Lustberg, and Catherine Foddai will explore recent United States and New Jersey Supreme Court cases that have addressed issues involving so-called hate speech in the context of criminal prosecutions.
